Welcome to Nythfa, a spacious and well equipped three bedroom townhouse in the heart of Llanrwst, perfectly placed for exploring Snowdonia and the Conwy Valley. Sleeping up to six guests, the house is designed to be a comfortable and practical base for families, couples and small groups.

The property offers three bedrooms: a superking bedroom with ensuite shower room, a king bedroom, and a flexible twin room with zip link beds that can be arranged as either two singles or a superking. There are three bathrooms in total, including a main bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate walk in shower, so there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready.

The main living area is bright and comfortable, with a large L shaped sofa and a 77 inch OLED TV with Netflix and a PS5 for relaxing evenings or rainy days. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self catering, and the spacious dining area makes it easy to cook and eat together. A separate utility room provides a washing machine, dryer and space for outdoor kit.

Outside there is a small enclosed yard, ideal for bikes, muddy boots or dogs, and private parking for up to three cars directly behind the property.

Shops, cafes and riverside walks in Llanrwst are just a short stroll away, with Betws-y-Coed five minutes by car and easy access to Snowdon, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, waterfalls, hiking trails and the North Wales coast.

Up to two dogs are welcome on the ground floor.

Nythfa is a comfortable, practical and well located base for exploring everything Snowdonia has to offer.
