A lovely modern 3 bedroom house situated in the town of Llanrwst nestled within a beautiful part of North Wales and the perfect base for exploring the beautiful scenic snowdonia mountain range. The house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the centre of the town itself where you will find a variety of local shops, cafes, pubs and a co-op supermarket.
House highlights:
3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people. 1 bedroom includes a king that is splittable into 2 separate single beds if needed. Full bathroom with a shower and large spacious bathtub perfect for relaxing in. Towels and bedding are provided. The living room features a lovely log burner with wood provided, perfect for cosy nights. The house has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to a lovely private garden to the rear of the property with a picnic bench ideal for summer evenings. This property has private parking on the driveway for 1 vehicle and also has on street parking for one vehicle in front of the property. Located on a nice quiet residential street.
