The town of Montclar has about 120 inhabitants, is located at the top of the Montclar mountain range, about 450 m high, with very good views of the Montsec and the l'Urgell region.

Called Sarri Vell Cal, it is a pairal house and is documented from the eighteenth century. In disuse for about 40 years, it has been a reform of the house retaining the essence of peasant who has always had: cellar, stables ..., using original materials but adapting to our times and current comforts.
