Precious modern villa with private pool and sea view located in a residential area 2 km from the centre and Lloret de Mar beach, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 9 people.

Outdoor area with private pool and jacuzzi, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals with built-in oven and barbecue.

Interior area of 210m2 distributed over two floors. On the upper floor, at street level, we find 3 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each) one of them has a terrace with sea view, 1 room with single bed and another complete bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor we find another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace; a spacious living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).

A cash deposit of €150/person per house must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Beautiful villa in Lloret de Mar

The villa was just ahhmazing. The living room and kitchen were simply open and super functional. The view from the living room was awesome. The 5 bedrooms were spacious with ample amount of space for clothes and luggage.

Anregungen für die Villa

Hallo, das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und hat eine schöne Lage. Was uns absolut nicht gefallen hat ist das wir die Arbeiten der Agentur vor Ort machen sollten, nämlich das Haus bei Anreise kontrollieren und alles was defekt ist mit Bildern und Berichten an die Agentur melden damit wir später nicht zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden. Dies taten wir dann auch, und meldeten so einige Defekte die wir im Haus entdekten, aber es kam niemand um dies zu reparieren, den es ließen sich z.B. manche Zimmer und Toiletten Türen nicht verschließen und gingen immer wieder auf. Sehr unangenehm. Dann wollten wir die Ventilatoren die in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben wurden, da uns die Klimaanlage pro Tag 20 Euro zu teuer war, da diese sowieso nur gelaufen wäre wenn wir nicht im Haus wären , da die meisten davon krank werden, weil sie die Klima nicht vertragen. Dieses wurde abgelehnt und man sendete nach ca. einer Woche jemanden unangemeldet vorbei ,der früh morgens auf einmal vor einen stand ,ins Haus ging und eine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage aus einen Versperrten Raum holte und ich vergeblich versuchte ihm zu erklären dass wir diese nicht brauchen. Was soll auch eine Bedienung für mehr als 7 Klimaanlagen. Nur der der die Bedienung gerade hat kann seine ein und aus schalten. Auch das Geschirr sollte immer wieder geprüft werden, da nicht genügend Tassen und Gläser vorhanden waren. Der Pizzaofen ist auch nicht bedienbar und die Grillfläche des Grills bei ca 145 cm Höhe auch zu hoch.

Villa avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine, la vue exceptionnelle, la terrasse. Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour en famille en ayant chacun son espace vital. Merci beaucoup.

La casa es muy espaciosa y cómoda para grupos grandes y familias. Está bien ubicada, Lloret del Mar es muy accesible para visitar distintos lugares dentro de la Costa Brava. La cocina está muy bien equipada, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Los dormitorios y camas son simples, tal como se ve en las fotos.

De buitenruimte (incl. zwembad en jacuzzi), keuken en woonkamer heel mooi. Helaas de slaapkamers en badkamers wat gebreken. Alle badkamers waren niet heel schoon, één van de douchkabines miste douchdeuren of gordijnen. Hierdoor was na iedere douch beurt de badkamer nat. Deuren en nachtkastjes waarvan de hendels loslieten en zo nog wat kleine gebreken. Het bedrijf gaf aan voor volgend seizoen dit allemaal te verbeteren. De locatie van de villa is heel gunstig. Met de auto binnen een paar minuten in het centrum van Lloret. Ook vele leuke strandjes in de buurt.
