The external space of 950m2 consists of a private pool (8x4m), large terraces with barbecue (mobile) where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun with a view of the mountains. Garage for 3 cars. The internal space of 170m2 consists of a living room with tv and direct access to the terrace, open kitchen opening on to living room (fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 3 double bedrooms 3 double beds (140x200; 2 of 160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
