The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. This floor also features a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second apartment has a large living room with TV and access to a terrace offering mountain views.

Outside, the property offers a beautiful and private outdoor area with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, and plenty of garden space. The shady terrace provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing by the pool. Parking is also available on-site.
