It boasts a cozy and comfortable furnishing, with a living/dining room featuring a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels, as well as an exit leading to the patio. The villa comprises three double bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace, another with a French bed of the same dimensions, and a third bedroom with a larger French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) accompanied by a bath/shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a dining room with a winter garden and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, which also provides access to the terrace. A separate shower/WC is included in the layout.
