Private: beautiful terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 20.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Single garage at the house. Grocery 900 m, supermarket 4.7 km, restaurant 3.6 km, bakery 900 m, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach "Platja de Canyelles" 3.6 km. Sports harbour 3.6 km. Nearby attractions: Tossa de mar 9 km, Waterworld 7 km, Marinland 15 km, Girona 47 km, Barcelona 80 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups.
