This lovely villa is nestled in a quiet residential area and provides an ideal retreat for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with single beds and one en suite bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, such as a fully functional kitchen, a dining area with a TV, DVD, satellite, and stereo system, and two bathrooms with showers.

The outdoor area spans 400m² and features a private pool (8x4m), a beautiful garden, and a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. The villa's terrace offers stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying meals in the sun or relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.
