On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a dining table, a TV, and air conditioning. This level also includes a children's room with a window overlooking the courtyard and a bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, complete with electric shutters. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living/dining room and the kitchen have access to the patio. Additionally, there is a shower and WC on this floor.
