Villa Nicole is a luxurious and magnificent villa in a privileged setting with views of the sea and the mountains.
Distributed on one floor, this villa is ideal for families with children as there are no internal stairs!

At street level, there is parking for 1-2 cars. The doors are automated.
Beautiful fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace

2 modern bathrooms, with a large shower area.
Two of the bedrooms have access to the garden
The house and the rooms have a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.
Villa Nicole has a beautiful Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house and artificial grass next to the pool terrace.
6 sun loungers, a large table and chairs equip the terrace and garden around the pool.
For greater comfort, Villa Nicole has all the blinds in the house automated.
Large windows in the dining area to enjoy the outside and the beautiful garden!
Located in a very quiet and residential area, restaurants just 500m away (you will find the restaurant in the urbanization where there is a large swimming pool), shops and nightlife a few kilometers away.

Maison propre, tout le matériel nécéssaire (sauf la climatisation...), vue sur la mer très apréciée
Très belle location, calme, dans un quartier avec une très belle côte. Le point négatif de la maison : pas de climatisation. A prévoir car chambres exposées dès le matin. Sinon expérience parfaite, maison de haut standing, taxis 24/24 pour rejoindre le centre, ambiance festive.

Séjour au top!!
Nous avons passé un très bon voyage dans cette villa. La propriétaire est très gentille, à l'écoute, disponible, et a répondu à toutes nos questions clairement. La maison est grande, propre, agréable à vivre, idéale pour les jeunes et correspond parfaitement aux photos. De plus, elle se situe dans un endroit isolé du centre ville, ce qui permet la tranquillité tout en pouvant accéder au centre rapidement (5 minutes en voiture). Le seul hic est qu'il n'y a pas la clim, ni de ventilateurs... sinon, tout était nickel!
