It’s an older hotel but they have made some upgrades. They were in the process of some renovations in a different hall and on a different level when we came. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only complaint I had was the hallways and stairwells could’ve been vacuumed but other than that everything was great for our 2 night stay. The restaurant had good food, the service was great. The kids loved the pool, it’s a fair size, the hot tub is huge, the slide looks to be upgraded and was a lot of fun (even for the adults). Parking was easy and it’s just on the edge of the city so it felt very safe.

The rooms are carpet and not clean. The bed sheets smelled like BO. The breakfast was very good but it is not the regular continental breakfast. You have to dine in and be served. 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast and either ham, sausage or bacon. Cannot grab food to go. It would be nice if that was on the website for teams who are expecting a breakfast to be able to grab something and go.

The property was not set up for poor mobility access and the staff was not accommodating when they were aware that the room was booked through a third party site. We were told that the hotel was fully booked but it didn’t appear that it was.

Sooooo loud for hours into the night. So bad we got no sleep and had to find another hotel. Was charged for two nights but only stayed one because of the noise. They would not refund second night, said expedia would have to be called to get a refund. But cant find ANY number to call at expedia. Terrible experience all around
