Hotel undergoing renovations when we stayed. Halls were messy with carpeting materials, so caution was required when walking. Construction workers were polite, friendly and helpful. Staff were as well. Good breakfast (sit down, eggs, bacon and toast served). The only problem was loud and obnoxious guests at the hotel. Surrounding area wasn't great. We were a bit nervous leaving our vehicle parked outside.

At 9 pm on Sunday night I had ask the contractor how much longer he would outside our door using power tools..,. I understand the need to do improvements to a property but perhaps the staff could notify customers of the inconvenience at check in. Travellers often try to turn in early as we did and we shouldn’t have been disturbed by power tools!!!

Staff very nice, rooms clean, area around hotel maybe a little scetchy. Breakfast eggs bacon toast and coffee or juice was very nice as well. Would stay here again.

The property is in a convient location Adjacent to the Yellowhead. There's a Tim's down the street with a Casino close nearby also thr COOP Gasbar. If you are looking for a place thats easily accessible this would be a great place.

It’s an older hotel but they have made some upgrades. They were in the process of some renovations in a different hall and on a different level when we came. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only complaint I had was the hallways and stairwells could’ve been vacuumed but other than that everything was great for our 2 night stay. The restaurant had good food, the service was great. The kids loved the pool, it’s a fair size, the hot tub is huge, the slide looks to be upgraded and was a lot of fun (even for the adults). Parking was easy and it’s just on the edge of the city so it felt very safe.
