The property features a spacious terrace and a large mobile barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings.



Inside, you will find a bright and cozy living room equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and WiFi connection.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and everything you need: dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, plus a full set of utensils to prepare your favorite meals.



The house offers 3 double bedrooms, all designed for your rest. The master bedroom has a renovated en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, and air conditioning. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and WC.



For your convenience, the property also provides central heating, a hairdryer, and upon request, a cot and highchair for the little ones. Parking is easy thanks to available spaces on the street.



The villa is located just a few kilometers from Lovios, where you’ll find restaurants and a grocery store. A Repsol gas station is just a 5-minute drive away. It is part of the Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés Natural Park, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, with highlights such as the Corga da Fecha waterfalls or the Bande hot springs, both just 15 minutes away by car. Another key attraction is Portela do Home, an ancient Roman road that still preserves historic milestones. From Lovios, it is easy to visit nearby towns like Ourense, and the local gastronomy offers a delicious sample of traditional Galician cuisine. Horseback riding routes are also available.
