Modern house with terrace in a quiet environment near Lovios, Galicia, ideal for families and friends up to 6 guests.



Enjoy summer nights with your loved ones on the beautiful terrace of the house, celebrating a good barbecue and sharing a bottle of wine. At the back of the house is a garden. From June 1st to September 30th, our guests can enjoy a private chlorine pool, elevated and removable. (a photo will be provided soon)



Upon entering, you find the living-dining room with an American kitchen, including an induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher. The living room area with air conditioning invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa, watching a movie. The owners renovated this house with great care, preserving elements of the former property such as the previous door frame or the natural stone walls. On the ground floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an open wardrobe. Separately, there is a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. A modern staircase leads to the first floor where we find two more bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and two additional bathrooms with showers. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair, subject to availability. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board, flat-screen TV, and WiFi suitable for remote work complete the equipment of this beautiful home. We have 2 bicycles available upon prior request, as well as a welcome pack.



The villa is located a few kilometers from Lovios, where restaurants and a grocery store can be found. A Repsol gas station is 5 minutes away by car. It is part of the Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés Natural Park, a paradise for any hiker and nature lovers, e.g. the Corga da Fecha waterfalls or the Bande thermal baths, which are 15 minutes away by car. Another notable attraction is the Portela do Home, an ancient Roman road that still preserves historical milestones. From Lovios it is easy to visit nearby towns such as Ourense, and its local gastronomy offers a delicious sample of Galician cuisine. In addition, it is possible to do horseback routes.

The bail will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
