Nestled in an elegant building recently built in the area of Lanca degli Stornazzi (Locarno\'s marina) and the Locarno Lido, CASA LEINI is the perfect place to experience a relaxing vacation surrounded by greenery, just minutes from the city center and strategically located to visit all Ticino!



This modern, non-smoking, two-bedroom apartment, furnished with care, welcomes you to the peace and tranquility of Lago Maggiore. Inside Casa Leini the living room, composed of a sofa, armchair and TV, offers a relaxing spot to watch a movie or read a book. The kitchen opens onto the living room, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals and feel at home.

Enjoy your meal time together with an indoor and/or outdoor dining table for 4! Lounging Adirondack deckchairs are also available for you to enjoy the mild Ticino seasonal climate all year around. 

There are two bedrooms for 4 people, one with a double bed (for two people) and the other with two single beds, making the apartment perfect for families with children, but also for groups of friends. 

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub-shower and one with a standing shower. Guests also have access to a private washing machine and dryer.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

By car, from the A13 motorway, take the Locarno exit and set the GPS: in a few minutes you will arrive at the apartment.

By train, from Locarno station one can enjoy a lovely 20 minute lakeside walk directly to the apartment. Alternatively, take bus No. 3 direction \"Locarno, Delta Maggia\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Locarno, Lido.\" In a 3-minute walk you will reach the apartment. Otherwise, take bus No. 4 direction \"Locarno, Residenza Lido\" for 7 stops and get off at the \"Locarno, Sacra Famiglia\" stop. In a 5-minute walk you will reach the apartment.
