✨This is a brand-new listing!✨ You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area, and we kindly ask that you respect the community, the environment, and your neighbors. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm - 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Stairs are required to reach some bedrooms and major areas of the home. The driveway fits 7 cars; guests should not park on the road.
This home has a small water heater that can comfortably support around five to six showers in close succession. If you are traveling with a larger group, plan showers in intervals so the hot water has time to replenish.
Because the pool heater runs on propane, we need advance notice to arrange a propane delivery. The pool can be heated for $50/day. We cannot guarantee pool heating unless it is confirmed and paid for in advance. The pool may close after September 1, depending on the weather.
Groups are welcome, but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 15 registered guests. All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit. No smoking in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made.
