Main Level Enter through a welcoming foyer with a coat closet and direct access to the garage. The modern kitchen is simple, well-equipped, and functional, featuring sleek black cabinetry, updated appliances, and ample counter space for preparing meals. A cozy breakfast nook is perfect for morning coffee ☕ or casual meals. Adjacent is a bar/breakfast counter with extra cabinetry and prep space — ideal for serving drinks or snacks to larger groups. The living room is bright and comfortable, with two large couches, extra seating. A decorative fireplace adds a touch of cabin charm. Upstairs Level Upstairs is accessible via the main staircase from the foyer or a private spiral staircase from the dining area that leads directly to the master suite foyer. ● Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds + one twin bed (sleeps 5), with ample closet space. ● Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, and en-suite bathroom with shower. ● Hall Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo. ● Master Suite: Enter through a “baby room” with crib and convertible sofa bed. Includes a walk-in closet, a spacious bedroom with two full beds, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower 🚿.

Fees & Policies
● Heated pool: $50/day (must request at least 1 week prior) - POOL IS CLOESD FOR THE SEASON
● Lost keys: $175 penalty ● Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: $300 penalty
● No smoking: $500 penalty if violated
● All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit
● This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
Please do not park on the road — driveway parking is available for up to 7 vehicles.
Because the pool heater runs on propane, we need advance notice to arrange a propane delivery if necessary, and to pre-heat the pool so it’s ready and comfortable by the time you arrive. The heater consumes a significant amount of propane, so we cannot guarantee pool heating unless it is confirmed and paid for in advance.
Please note: We plan to close the pool on September 1, but this may change depending on the weather. If you’re booking for dates after September 1 and require pool access, please message us to confirm availability before booking.
