Patio with garden furniture and gas BBQ. 15-acre natural grounds with woodland (shared with owner). Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are sloping banks and a fenced river in the grounds.
Rosie’s Cottage is a semi-detached cottage set on the owner’s smallholding enjoying lovely views and surrounded by open countryside. The property is beautifully presented from the moment you walk through the door. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you would need to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends. From the kitchen there is a dining room with patio doors opening onto the secluded patio where you can find your your very own hot tub! If you would prefer a cosy night in, relax in front of the large wood burner in the living room. Upstairs is just as inviting, with three bedrooms all with thick piled carpets, comfy beds and lovely bedding. Rosie’s Cottage really is a beautiful home from home, tastefully furnished throughout.

The cottage has access to the shared BBQ hut in the garden and NEW for 2025 - the sauna and cold plunge pool!

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £5 per basket. Welcome pack.

There are walks in abundance from your doorstep, why not try the Paisley to Kilbirnie Railway Path, which runs past the bottom of the lane? A RSPB wetlands nature reserve is also on your doorstep, as is Castle Semple Country Park which offers sailing, mountain biking, bike hire, hill walking, woodland and loch shore walks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is perfect. For those who prefer the bright lights of a city, Glasgow is only around 20 miles away where you can enjoy excellent restaurants, theatres, concerts and endless shopping. Beach 12 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
