Lovely quiet tiny village. Wonderful welcome, and really engaging owner. Suggested sh should charge more, as wonderful B&B, with fantastic breakfast. Outstanding value for money. Definitely will stay again (even if prices go up slightly).

Excellent and friendly bed and breakfast :)

We stayed at the Village Inn and Kirtle House B&B as a stop over on our trip up to Loch Lomond national park in Scotland. The host was very accomodating and friendly and the room was excellent. We brought along our dog which was no problem. Highly recommended place to stay.

Comfy & Quiet

Pros: Rooms recently been refurbished, so lovely and new.
Location: Near to Gretna Green shopping outlet, far enough away for a quiet nights sleep.
Everything was perfect. I wanted somewhere away from the business of Gretna and the Village Inn fulfilled this perfectly. Lovely friendly place to stay and the best thing was being able to park the car up and be able to have food and a drink without having to get back into the car again.
