Lovely spacious house with pool.

We really enjoyed our family holiday in Locoal Mendon. The house was spacious and well equipped. The only problem was the heat which made sleeping difficult at times. An addition of fans to the bedrooms would have helped. The pool was the saving grace for cooling down.

Maison agréable mais ...

Maison agréable et bien équipée. La piscine est un plus apprécié. Cependant, compte-tenu du coût de la nuitée, certains éléments nous sont apparus fort peu satisfaisants : - Accès internet très mauvais voire inexistant, y compris par les réseaux mobiles et ce, quel que soit l’opérateur - Payer, en plus d’une nuitée à plus de 700€, l’eau et l’électricité apparaît plutôt surprenant - Tout aussi surprenant, l’absence de linge de toilette - Un équipement sanitaire 2 WC et 2 salles d’eau pour 15 personnes est nettement insuffisant - Éclairage de la pièce de vie très insuffisant - Enfin, un « geste d’accueil » aurait été apprécié Voici plus de 10 ans que nous louons 2 fois par an des gîtes pour 15 personnes et celui-ci est sans conteste le plus mauvais rapport qualité / prix.

Superbe maison et piscine

Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amis et les enfants ont passé leur temps dans la piscine. La maison est très bien et bien équipée. Nina est très gentille , réactive et nous avons été bien accueilli 😀, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Je recommande a 100%.

La piscine intérieure est un plus. Terrasse agréable, endroit calme. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de Wi-Fi, et que dans l'annonce d'Abritel il n'est pas stipulé que l'eau et l'électricité soient en plus de la facture de réservation. Weekend à Pont-Lénic Locoal -Mendon

Maison agréable !les enfants ont apprécié la piscine... bien accueilli par la propriétaire ! Peut-être un manque d'éclairage,et sur l'annonce il y avait cinq salle d'eau !!!! et en fait seulement deux ,plus la douche de la piscine ...pour 16 personnes c'est trop juste ! Mais nous avons passé un bon weekend...

Super séjour entre amis sous le soleil de Bretagne

Maison très agréable, joliement décorée, très bien agencée pour accueillir 18 personnes (adultes et ados dans notre cas). De très bonnes literies, la piscine à la bonne température, tout est conforme au descriptif. Seul petit bémol : de l’humidité dans une des chambres donnant sur la piscine (en lien probablement avec la température extérieure négative, isolation à renforcer ?). Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description, rien ne manque, grande maison très bien agencée avec un mobilier correcte, une bonne literie, une grande pièce de vie, des chambres spacieuses, une piscine intérieure de bonne dimension, une grande terrasse et un terrain pour profiter du beau temps. Bref de très bonnes vacances en famille. Propriétaire très agréable à l'écoute des ses locataires.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 11 dans cette belle maison : séjour spacieux, terrain assez grand pour y faire jouer les enfants, piscine un peu petite mais très pratique pour nager à toutes heures sans risquer de prendre des coups de soleil, ustensiles de cuisine nombreux et assez grand pour les grandes familles. Seul bémol, il faudrait une salle de bain supplémentaire et les machines de la piscine ronflent toute la nuit. Malgré ça, vous pouvez y venir sans hésiter, la propriétaire vous accueillera de façon très chaleureuse et vous donnera même de bons conseils de visites !

De bonnes vacances

La maison est très bien conçue. La personne est très réactive des qu il y a une demande. Juste une remarque qui se veut constructive, manquent encore quelques gamelles et saladiers de bonne taille pour 18(ca fait grand) et peut être du matériel un peu plus costaud au niveau des chaises. Sinon très bonne location avec un petit monsieur très gentil pas loin qui vend les légumes de son jardin.
