A private villa on two floors that accommodates 4 people in two double bedrooms, upstairs, with air conditioning. The two floors are connected by an internal spiral staircase and an external staircase which is directly connected to the garden. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, shower and bidet on the upper floor and one with toilet and bidet on the lower floor. A large outdoor shower is located in a private position in the garden. The house has a private pool, ample parking and two equipped terraces and is entirely surrounded by greenery. It is located at the end of a country road typical of the area, with dry stone walls and houses and trulli, inhabited all year round. An excellent solution for families and couples of friends, 60 kilometers from Bari and not far from all the most beautiful pearls of the Itria Valley and postcard beaches.

Excellent restaurant, pizzeria, grill, butcher 2 minutes by car or taking a beautiful walk along the district.
