Located in the Larvor district in Loctudy, this house is fully equipped to welcome up to 6 travellers and offers an exceptional setting with direct access to the ocean thanks to a private removable staircase located at the end of the terrace. Enjoy a large furnished terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for your meals facing the sea or breathtaking sunsets. Here, everything invites you to relax: swimming, water activities, rock pooling, or hiking on the mythical GR34 coastal path accessible just a few steps away.



Pass through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space with breathtaking ocean views, thanks to a large bay window opening directly onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and open-plan, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or opt for the one on the terrace facing the sea. The lounge, also facing the ocean, is equipped with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, perfect for moments of relaxation.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor and each has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), one of which has direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom, located upstairs, is also equipped with a Queen Size bed.



The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with shower and toilet, the other upstairs with bathtub. Two additional separate toilets are also available.



A washing machine is accessible in the basement.



You will be able to park up to two vehicles in the private courtyard of the house.
