The house is located directly on a quiet residential road between the Baltic Sea and Kölpinsee in the seaside Kölpinsee / district Stubbenfelde. Here are just under 200 m apart between sea and sea. The bike and hiking trail leads directly to the house along. Restaurants and shops are on the only about 400 m away camping or supermarket in the village Kölpinsee about 1.2 km away. The cottage is located separately on the property of the landlord. To the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 80 m. Free car parking space on the enclosed property.
Holiday:
The cosily furnished holiday home has a living room with a couch corner with a panoramic window with a dreamlike view of the adjacent Kölpinsee, wall and TV, radio. An open kitchen integrates with the living area. A bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the house, directly at the entrance there is a furnished terrace on the grill is also possible, from here you can also enjoy the great view of the lake. The initial bed linen is included in the price. Towels must be brought. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed outdoors. Free parking is available on the enclosed property.
