Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben - klein, aber fein, mit Garten, sehr ruhig und mit Auto oder Fahrrad sehr nah am Meer. Der Esstisch/Küchentisch ist leider zu hoch, um barrierefrei dran zu sitzen. Ansonsten war alles super rollstuhlzugänglich.

Schöne, vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in absoluter Ruhe verbracht und das obwohl der Strand mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

Fewo in Loddin Tannenweg 4

Haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Frau Kaufmann hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und sich um alles gekümmert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist dass die Fenster einen Mückenschutz hatten und die Anlage war insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die Terasse war auch schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und dank der Matratzen auch sehr gut geschlafen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwhg. Gleich zum Wohlfühlen, und ruhig

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Gute Lage, gut gepflegt. Trotzdem zentral. Leider finde ich die Bezahlungsmodalitäten nicht so gut. Die Bezahlung läuft nur über Kreditkarte, wünscheswert wäre auch eine Überweisungsmöglichkeit!!!

Barriere frei in kölpinsee

Schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit Grill Möglichkeit. Die Unterkunft ist Barriere frei und modern eingerichtet. Die Farben haben einen warmen orange gelben Farbton. Sogut wie alles ist vorhanden bis auf Geschirr spüler und Backofen. Dafür sind Herd platten und Mikrowelle da. Alles war sehr sauber und hin und wieder traf man die fewo Verwalterin an die nach dem Rechten schaute. Wir hatten uns ja rechtzeitig angekündigt und wurden auch von der Verwalterin am Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen fewo Gruß Cornelius

Seit vielen Jahren verleben wir unseren Ostseeurlaub ein bis zwei Mal im Jahr in dem schönen Haus mit vier Ferienwohnungen von Herrn H. in Loddin/Kölpinsee auf Usedom. Hier fühlen wir uns sehr wohl, ganz gleich, ob wir unten wohnen, der Wohnung mit der Sonnenterrasse und schön angelegtem Garten und Grillecke oder im ersten Stock mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick in die Weite bis zum Achterwasser. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch zentral, so dass die gesamte Insel in jede Richtung per pedes, mit Rad, Auto oder Bahn erkundet werden kann. Die Wohnungen sind hell, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, haben Fußbodenheizung und sind sehr sauber. Bei der Kücheneinrichtung fehlt es an nichts. Alles in allem: es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr erneut auf unseren Aufenthalt im Tannengrund bei unserem sehr aufmerksamen und netten Vermieter und seiner Perle, die für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sorgt. Immer wieder herzlichen Dank!

Ostseeurlaub

Seit vielen Jahren besuchen wir diese Ferienwohnung und fühlen uns jedesmal pudelwohl. Die Anlage und der Garten sind so wie im Exposé beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin ist unkompliziert und freundschaftlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal und von dort aus kann man die Insel in alle Richtungen mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Wir freuen uns jedesmal Jahr aufs Neue, wenn wir wieder im Tannengrund 4 Urlaub machen können. Gela und Jens

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben im Dezember einige Tage in einer Erdgeschoss-Wohnung im Haus Tannengrund verbracht. Die Ausstattung entsprach exakt den Angaben des Vermieters. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Geschirr und Kochutensilien war für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir in dieser Jahreszeit die vorhandene Fußbodenheizung. Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung nichts vermisst und empfehlen sie weiter.
