Ich kann meinen Vormietern nur zustimmen - die Wohnung ist super! Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und sauber, Dekoration wurde nur sparsam eingesetzt, alles funktioniert. An die Waschmaschine hat man auch etwas Pulver gestellt. Es gibt reichlich Steckdosen. Die Küche ist bereit zum Kochen und zusätzlich zur Filtermaschine gibt es eine Nespresso . Das Bett ist bequem, die Matratze weder hart noch weich, bestens. Bei Anreise war die Wohnung mit einem Anfangsbedarf an WC Paper, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspülertabs ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon steht ein Strandkorb und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Alles bestens! Ich komme gerne wieder, allerdings nur im Winter denn im Sommer würde die Wohnung für mich nicht funktionieren, bei offenen Fenstern oder auf dem Balkon kann ich die Bahn die in nicht einmal 10 Metern Entfernung vorbeirauscht trotz Lärmschutzwand nicht ignorieren. Jetzt im Winter sind alle Fenster geschlossen, da ist das kein Problem. Auch blickt man aus allen Fenstern auf Parkplätze, der Balkon ist direkt an den Parkplätzen und man blickt über die Parkplätze auf das gegenüberliegende Haus, das wäre im Sommer für mich nix. Aber Geschmäcker sind ja unterschiedlich…

Die Unterkunft ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist verfügbar und extra Matratzen für mehr Platz. Die Terasse lädt zum draußen frühstücken ein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Ganz tolle, neue Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Ostsee Nest. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist top - nur ca. 800 m zum Strand von Kölbinsee. Obwohl es nur ein Katzensprung zum Bahnhof ist, hat und der Zugverkehr nicht gestört.
