went there few times stayed for my kids’s camp week. This time I stayed July 31- Aug 1,2025 and would to tell you the pillows is so flats and some looking like Throw pillows and shower have hair in the wall and floors. I have to pull my feet’s. And saw some bed sheet not cleaned see some stains on it. I not sure will come again next year for my kids camp again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would ask is that there would be more than one wash cloth for two people. Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk clerk was great. Thank you.

Good basic hotel. Nice pool and clean room

Safe and quiet and clean. Not much around except for a big gas station. Restaurants were at least 15 minutes away.

Not upto the standards. Even though morning staff was helpful there are many issues in the Hotel and rooms. Boiler broke down and no hot water for many hours, after temporary fix, hot water was there for sink but not for shower. only lukewarm water was available in the shower. Tub bath seems to be converted to walkin bath but curtains where kept same i suppose and hence they were short and shower water comes out of the bath area.Moarning staff provided extra towels to put down but that is not the standards i expect when i pay high price. (Motel could be better ). Both the days we stayed we did not get hot water. We were told that because of concert, all rooms booked and I suppose the same reason we had to pay high price for Mediocre hotel. I would suggest, please raise your standards based on name of the hotel chain.

The hotel was very average. One night the fire alarms were going off and it was apparently a false alarm. No hot water, took two ice cold showers in the morning. Was fine that no one cleaned our rooms but wasn't even asked if we need any extra toiletries or garbage changed our over our three night stay. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Was alright for the money. Not sure why in the bathroom the shower gel was not on the shower wall but was mounted outside of the bathroom. No shampoo and conditioner. When you turned the light switch on in the bathroom made a loud sound

Dirty, bad condition, just terrible

Terrible hotel, one of the reasons I’m not using Hotels.com anymore. If this is a well rated hotel, I am not sure what is not. Was charged almost seven times the usual rate because of a concert at Madison, and felt completely scammed. Broken light fixture in the bathroom, disgusting bath tub, dirty towels (with holes), dirty linen, dirty carpet, microwave and mini fridge not working. One of the worst hotels I have ever been in, I cannot believe it qualifies for a Quality Inn brand.
