The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and linens and place them in the laundry baskets and strip beds that were used (leave comforters folded on the beds).
Seal all trash in provided bags and place in the dumpster at the end of the driveway at the end of your stay. Properly dispose of cigarette butts and any outdoor debris belonging to you.
Please leave the cabin in "broom clean" condition. Wash and put away all dishes. Clear and wipe kitchen counters, tables and refrigerator. Return furnishings to their original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be considerate of all guests on the property and observe quiet hours from 11pm to 9am.
Pets must be on a leash, always kept with owners, and are not to be allowed on bedspreads, blankets, or furniture. Towels and linens are not for pets.

Lindsey was very responsive, even letting us change our dates at the last minute.I will definitely be back. Plenty of room for our family, close drive to various hiking trails, and the hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day!
