The room was good loved that we had a balcony cause I'm a smoker I know everyone hates smokers now cause of the smell and fear of second hand smoke but that's why we get something we can walk out on and smoke but the staff was very rude they kept saying we was smoking in the room they tried keeping my security deposit

The room and bathroom was clean, complimentary waters, coffee in the room. Plenty of towels and toiletries. However, it was difficult to regulate the room temperature. The heater blew cool air when the heat cut off so the room would get cold quick. The sheets were scratchy, you basically have a sheet, a very thin blanket, and then another top sheet. Had I known I would have brought my own blanket. There weren't a lot of people there, yet it seems they booked all the guests in the same end of the hallway. People were in and out of their rooms at 11pm with talking and doors shutting. Although it was clean and the staff waa friendly, I would not stay here again.

I love this Lodge. We’ve stayed here many times. This stay was a bit disappointing. But I want to be clear - the staff was as awesome as ever! Everyone is kind and accommodating. We were awakened by a poor doggie barking. I’m sure he was missing his person. My problem was the room itself and the overall appearance on the floor we stayed. Our bed was clean and so was the bathroom. However the furniture was nicked and some of the finish was completely scratched off the top of the chest. Walls had nicks and black marks. The elevator was rough looking inside. Head board was scuffed as well as the walls. I’m sure we’ll stay again but for the price we could stay elsewhere in Logan for a few dollars less. We hope the Losge gets the care it deserves. It’s such a beautiful place and area!

Beautifully located, but the property is very dated. A/C did not work workout room was awful - no towels, sanitizer, and felt like a sauna the temperature was so high. Staff was nice but suggest staying elsewhere if you’re in the area. Horrible value for the rate!

It was nice to have a healthy choice for breakfast. The balcony view was very relaxing and we enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend G Logan Lodge for a relaxing weekend.

It was good stay. Beautiful location. Prices are high especially not being able to check in until 4:00 so basically we paid $160 for very short time to be there look around a little bit sleep eat and leave the pool area is very small it was very crowded and the water was so cold we didn't even get in and my granddaughter couldn't even enjoy it it was so ice cold the pool area isn't the cleanest and the floors are very slippery in the pool room.. breakfast was just okay your normal continental breakfast the gift shop is outrageously expensive it was one of The lodges I had never been to so I can mark it off my list and I wouldn't go back there now if you're there for the Hatfield and McCoy trails it would be great place to stay...

Loved the Lodge. Check in was easy, room was big, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was great! nice handicap parking right in front. The place is beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
