Didn’t receive the keypad code within 24 hrs of our stay, had to call & then he sent it. Got to the cabin and Xmas decor is up(it’s April). We lost the first night of using hot tub cuz when we got there it was overflowing- the hose was still in it so it was cold. Pans are terrible for cooking & bare minimum provided. Not many towels either. My child had to sleep on the couch cuz there’s a mouse downstairs. Mouse poop in the corner by the pool table supplies. Blood or sauce by the steps to go downstairs where it was dark cuz the light bulb was burnt out. Very serene location but a half hr away from trails.

We enjoyed this cabin very much, so much that we requested an extra night and the property manager quickly responded and let us stay one more night. Great cabin, we will certainly stay here again when we pass through.

the cabin itself was great, we had a really nice time.my only complaints were that the hot tub was not very clean and the basement was very very cold. but other than that, we had a great time.

Cabin cleanliness was good! Hot tub great! Please clean fans - bedroom and bathroom fan were dirty. We contacted about clogged sink in upstairs bathroom but never got any feedback. Beds and linens were fresh! There was no controller to turn fan on in living room. We loved our stay in this cabin! Beautiful theme and surroundings! Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice for the price. I would recommend a railing be put in place for going up and down the stairs. A bath mat or adhesive strips should be used in the master bath. My wife slipped 3 times while taking a shower. The cabin has WiFi but no cable/satellite for TV. There is a DVD player but where can you find DVD's?. There is wood available for the fire pit at a reasonable price of 8 per bundle. I purchased a package of wood and I also brought 2 bundles with me. Make sure you have the correct amount as no change is given. There is no dish washer so plan on washing by hand. Wash rags and towels are provided. There is a queen size bed with a foot board. I am 6 feet 10 inch and didn't care for the board. The water was very hot for washing and bathing. There was an indoor fire place but we did not use. We were 10-15 miles from the attractions.
