This Inn is a charming four-suite boutique inn located in the heart of the Hocking Hills region. An adult-only haven of refined comfort and understated luxury. Each suite features a private bathroom, comfortable sitting area, and thoughtful hotel-style amenities. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with fresh muffins, signature chocolates, and a variety of snacks.



Guests may also enjoy our shared sitting parlor, kitchenette, and large covered porch, perfect for relaxing before or after exploring the area. Located on the property is the Hocking Hills Coffee Emporium, where inn guests receive complimentary brewed coffee and tea during their stay, along with a breakfast card to enjoy one of our breakfast sandwiches one morning during their visit.



The Royal Oak is a King suite which is thoughtfully designed that offers an exquisite blend of modern amenities and timeless charm, creating an atmosphere that transcends the ordinary.



Please note that this suite is located on the second floor of the Inn and can only be accessed via stairs.
