Bright and cozy basement studio apartment in a great location! Centrally located near USU and Downtown. It has a large window that provides lots of light. Brand new and very comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and w/d in unit with a private entrance with two comfy chairs at the end of the bed to lounge.

Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue!

Mindi and Dan are amazing hosts, offering warm and welcoming hospitality from the day I arrived. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to USU, the famous Aggie Ice Cream, and close to the picturesque Logan River and canyon. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave, toiletries, coffee, an ironing board with iron, and even an extension cable. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
