There is room to park 3 vehicles if one is parked in the garage. Please only park in front of this unit's garage and/or the parking space in front of the front entrance so that you don't block the neighbors garage or parking spaces.


Pictures show this space accurately. Two bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom in between. Owner suite is roomy and has a king bed and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and access the bathroom from the hall. The main level consists of the living/kitchen areas with a laundry room in between the kitchen and the single car garage.

Cache County provides a free bus system for all. There is a bus stop just across the street from this subdivision. Uber is hit or miss in this valley but may be worth looking into as it grows.

Please note: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties/events. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.
