The property features three dedicated bedrooms plus a cozy sleeping loft, all outfitted with premium linens:
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): A quiet retreat featuring a high-end Double Bed.
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): The "Flex-Room" with two single beds that can be seamlessly joined into a Double Bed or kept separate to suit your group’s needs.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): A charming, private room featuring two comfortable single beds.
The Sleeping Loft (Upstairs): An elevated, atmospheric nook located next to Bedroom 3, featuring two single beds—perfect for children or friends.
Wellness & Bathing: An indoor designer sauna and a secondary outbuilding housing an additional shower and toilet to ensure total comfort for large groups.
Outdoor Luxury: A massive covered living area with a fireplace and dining for 10, a terrace with a year-round heated hot tub, and a private swimming pier.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to Paja and its surrounding terraces and pier. While you are part of a historic working estate with other inhabited buildings, your privacy is respected. In summer, the lake is yours for swimming; in winter, we can arrange the quintessential Finnish "Avanto" (ice swimming) experience upon request.

A private car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the Karjalohja region and nearby Lohja. We offer free parking on-site. While the property is accessible via bus from Lohja and Karjaa, please note that services are infrequent; we advise checking current schedules (Matkahuolto) carefully before arrival. For those looking to explore locally, the area is wonderful for cycling and rowing.
