Located at the top of the Monte Contros hill, this Villa enjoys a simply unique breathtaking view of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo. One of the most exclusive views of Porto San Paolo, from dawn to dusk.

This property is ideal for a family holiday full of comfort, relaxation and conviviality, with large internal spaces, a magnificent veranda overlooking the sea perfect for eating, a fantastic solarium for relaxing, and a vast surrounding garden.

The living room is tastefully furnished, offering a welcoming space in which to relax after a day of adventures, with air conditioning in every bedroom, wi-fi internet and LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.

Being an independent villa, you will enjoy maximum privacy but at the same time you will have the city center of Porto San Paolo within walking distance with all the related services (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.), as well as, a few minutes by car, the beach of Porto Taverna, an authentic pearl of the area.

Are you tired of the sea? The area behind you features the new Monte Ruju park, an authentic paradise for lovers of trekking surrounded by uncontaminated nature.

For sports lovers, there is the possibility of carrying out the most diverse water activities (snorkeling, diving and windsurfing). Explore the nearby protected marine area of Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo, renowned for its biodiversity and its wonderful seabed.
