The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat screen TV, radio), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a sleeping loft with 3 single beds (access via a steep room-saving staircase) and a bathroom with shower/WC and electric heating.



There is a furnished terrace, barbecue and car parking space. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. Please bring your own towels.



Loissin with its district Gahlkow is a small village west of Lubmin (6 km) on the Greifswald Bodden. The Hanseatic city of Greifswald is approx. 15 km away. As the bottom of the Greifswalder Bodden only slopes slightly, the natural beach is particularly suitable for a beach holiday with children. But surfers and kite surfers have also discovered the area for themselves. In May, when the garfish come to spawn in the Bodden, anglers get their money's worth. There is a restaurant in the holiday home development right on the beach."
