Spacious 1-bedroom building in charming Loma Plata

Unwind in Loma Plata at this side building in the 4.300 m2 garden of a villa. The space features a big bedroom with two comfortable 90x200cm beds which can easily be moved into a big double bed, perfect for a couple or solo travelers or a quiet retreat. Guests can enjoy a refreshing indoor climate thanks to air conditioning and heating, making every season pleasant.
A clean spacious bathroom adds to the convenience of your stay.
Whether you’re here for work or relaxation, this beautiful spot offers a peaceful atmosphere to recharge. We hope you enjoy what our place and Loma Plata has to offer.

Our garden contains many big shading trees, mandarin, cherry, orange and lime trees from previous owners.
As the new owners since February 2026, we are changing the garden into a permaculture food forest with electroculture elements. Our garden has a pond with ducks. Often you will be able to see our cat and dog taking a walk together.

Closest shops are at 200 meter. Three big supermarkets within 1 km.

We speak English, Dutch, Norwegian, German and understandable Spanish.
