The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine, and toaster. The ground floor is completed by a master bedroom with a cozy double bed, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.



The upper floor presents a comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe and TV, alongside a living space with a sofa and TV. This level also includes a bathroom and a large terrace with sofas, offering a spectacular view of Lake Garda. The villa's air conditioning is available in the living room and two bedrooms for added comfort.

The villa is conveniently located 40 minutes from the Verona International Airport. Check-in is available between 15:00 and 20:00 (with prior confirmation) and check-out by 10:00. Late check-ins may incur additional fees. Please note, parties and events are not permitted, and the villa is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. A security deposit of €500 and an extra cleaning fee of €470 are required.
