The Western Fair and Kellogg’s Entertainment District are just mere blocks away.
This historic home was built in 1890 and is one of the original homes in the area.
10 foot ceilings and original hardwood and trim maintain the beauty of years past.
This listing is an entire house with a secondary one bedroom apartment to the rear which is also an Airbnb listing. Both units have separate, private entrances.
I live next door with my family and am available by phone if anything is required!
Located on a dead end street - the Thames River and biking/hiking trails are yours to discover
Bus stop on the corner of Hamilton Rd and Price St

• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
