Like: Clean rooms, nice staff, having a shuttle. Did not like: Noise early in the mornings from the hallway, very loud, some of it coming from the staff. Some way to have better sound barrier.

rooms very hot even with ac turned on, bed was uncomfortable and room very dusty the mirrors were also not cleaned. the staff howeever is very friendly. we stay in london alot this was close to an event so it worked but wouldnt choose here again.

The rooms are nicely updated within an older building. Breakfast was decent, bed was comfy, everything was very clean and well stocked in the room. Staff were very friendly. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. I would stay here again if I were to return to London.

Staff were great & super-helpful! Room was good but the carpet could use a good steam cleaning (room 231). Mini fridge has a hard time keeping drinks cold (no adjustable setting on it). Wish the room had 2 suitcase stands, but used the ironing board for this. Maybe offer an full-size garbage bag for people staying more than 1 night.
