The room felt totally neglected. Lampshades hanging on with no screw down , no outlet cover on main plug in, tv was not plugged in ( bureau had to be pulled out to get at plug. There was no water from 8 pm until 11 pm approx. (not the fault of hotel). Beds were comfortable. Very dated furnishings

The room was in very poor condition, the bathroom heater would not shut off. Melted our toothpaste and my wife's lipstick. Bathroom overall needed a complete remodel. Staff was very courteous. No issues with staff.

The room itself was good except the door stuck so it was hard to open and close. Also the wifi didn"t work. Staff was excellent to deal with. Restaurant was good.

The room with dirty. Bathroom vent was furry with years of dust. Floor was not swept and strands of hair still by the tub. Only 2 bath towels provided - no hand towels or wash cloths. Only half of the main door lock was there. Patio door didn’t lock properly. Walls were dirty. Only 1 coffee package provided plus an empty package. The contents of the package were still in the coffee maker. All the front desk clerk could say was “sorry”.

Bullet holes in the wall where the pictures were over the , had no grab rails in shower ,mold in caulking around tub, curtains that didnt fit patio door ,ripped had to use garbage can and chair to hold curtains back, no instuction on wifi tv, fridge,, no cups in bathroom . The hall to room was not vacuumed once in my four night stay. The door to the outside had a crack head in first room beside entrance and garbage cans overflowing and all kinds of garbage in parking lot.
