The room was frowsty, keeping the sliding door to the balcony remains open. The AC is also not rransfer a decent cooling air in the room. As we spent one nkght only, we did not take into account of the ongoing issue. And, definitely will not book again in the future.

Decent for the price. Pool was dirty, pillows left much to be desired, neighbours were very loud and the construction around London was a nuisance--- not that the hotel controls that. Its not the hilton by any means but I've paid more for worse

The property is in good location for shopping and restaurants. The room was clean. Outside property needs maintenance concrete is chipped on balcony. Door to room sticks and makes noise when opened and closed so couldn’t leave room while someone was sleeping without waking them. Stairs were dirty.
