The heated floor in the bathroom was an amazing amenity, the room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage, plenty of high-end toughest and effective lighting options, including under-bed lighting. The room was in the basement which was a little odd, the mini bar and snacks were all auto-charged on pressure sensors, but there was no signage that warned of that, and there was bleed through of bass speakers from the pool area that reached out room despite the sound proofing.

There was no internet so tv didn't work. The hot tub was broken. I spent over $1000 on one night in total between room rate and food. After 2 hours on the phone with front desk we were laughed at for expecting too much. Nothing was offered to make it up to us. Very dissatisfied with the horrible staff.

Staff were so friendly! The hotel itself was beautiful and modern. Concrete floors are cold but they give customers a pair of hard rock slippers which is cute! The small details like heated flooring in the washroom and motion sensed lighting stood out.

A Place I’d Love to Visit Again

This was my second visit to the Hard Rock Hotel, and I booked it to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After my first stay a few days ago, I was impressed by the clean and convenient surroundings, so I didn’t hesitate to book again. On this visit, we also tried different restaurants and desserts within the building. Having access to a variety of dining options and recreational facilities all in one place is a huge advantage. Lastly, the pool and shower facilities were excellent. If any of my friends are visiting, I will definitely recommend this hotel to them.

Everything about this hotel was so well done! The staff were very kind and attentive. There was even a turndown service with bottles of Fiji water and salted caramel chocolates. The pool area is gorgeous and they even stream the music under the water. If you are a big group though, I would avoid eating at Sessions (maybe until they work the kinks out). They only had 1 server for a group of 24. The kids had gotten their meals and finished them before the adults even got any drinks. We waited an hour for drinks and over an hour and a half for our food.

The Best Hotel in London

The room condition was impeccable—no words needed to describe how clean it was. The service was excellent, and above all, the convenience of amenities and nearby recreational facilities makes it an outstanding hotel, especially for families.

Our stay here was amazing! We are local but celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a staycation to check out this new hotel and we will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. The pool was very nice too. All of the amenities the hotel offers are great! The restaurant (Sessions) was a 10/10. Our food tasted great and the service was good. Very happy with our stay and overall experience!
