Absolutely the best hospitality from taylor swift, at the gmt bar. The speak easy server Toby rose was very good. Improvements on the hostesses at the speak easy could include better service. The clash , front desk attendant was Absolutely on point from the moment we arrived , and remembered us when we said our goodbyes. 5 star hotel . Thank you

This is a top rate hotel, where no expense was spared to provide a 'Hard Rock' experience. It is a very uniproperty, built in an old Kellogg cereal plant. I loved the property. Problem is, the area of town. Very run down, depressed area with abandoned buildings, homelessness, and not a place to walk around.
The pool is wonderful.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional! Friendly staff, everything was clean and upscale in Claudio g the rooms, pool facilities and lobby. The breakfast was delicious and presented well. There was live music in the lobby lounge which was excellent. Our room was well equipped and had nice features like the lights under the bed lit up when you step out of bed and the heated floors in the bathroom. Overall, excellent stay! We will be back.

Everything was perfect. I had Valet service part of my booking. When leaving we confirmed pickup of the vehicle 5 minutes prior as the card said. When we got downdtairs the car was not at the front, and we told the front end staff we need our vehicle from valet service, we are ready to leave. The lady said "one moment" and went behind a door, got the keys and handed it to us expecting us to find our car and leave. Its not a this happened today october 17 at about 12:05 pm. Im not bent about it, but if i have valet as part of my service that i paid for, can i please get what i paid for?
