Only issue was one of the beds, the mattress dipped to the center. We notified the staff on the way out and they made note of it since there were two beds. We switched to using the other bed, which was fine.

Included breakfast had hot/cold option very robust. Tea/coffee available in lobby 24/7. Good amenities - pool, close EV charging spots, etc. for hotel and rooms' coffee maker etc. The room spacious with very comfortable chaise lounge. Staff were engaged in their jobs. Hotel is one separate building on a commercial shopping site so parking is not a problem but the hotel had very limited specific/dedicated parking spots. Very new property with some finish-the-job refinements to be completed - elevator doors did not close soundlessly, the room's HVAC unit was noisy, the room's barn doors of the shower enclosure had loose handles and placement/horizontal orientation of handles was not optimal for entering/exiting shower enclosure. Relatively expensive, but in fairness our booking was last minute.

Stayed one night after attending an event in the area. Hotel was great but the kids running the halls and playing mini sticks in the halls and neighbouring rooms was awful. My husband and I sat down to eat breakfast and had kids running around us playing tag. Not sure why hotels allow this!!!
