I’ve never stayed at a Holiday Inn and was a bit dubious about all the reviews with 10/10 ratings. Now that I’ve stayed here I have to agree, especially about the staff. They’re exceptional. Polite, professional, personable, they were the highlight. The room was great, good value 👍

Pretty much a normal IHG stay

The breakfast area was cleaner than in any other Holiday Inn Express we've been to. Kudos to the staff! However, in our room (516) the dead bolt would not latch, and then, coming back after breakfast, the door would not open until about the 10th try though we kept getting the green light and could hear the click of unlatching. It would be nice if the front desk had a list of area restaurants. Other than that, everything was just fine.
