Nothing was unique. Maybe the fact that adults were drinking in the first floor wallway or sitting by the pool full with kids, parents getting their little kids running around , kids crying that they lost their parents, hotel doesnt have a bar or licensed area to drink and Ontarionhas no drinking alchoolin public places policy except the designated and licenses area. Hotel has no reustaurant. Horrible experience, i do not recomand this hotel at all, specially on weekends. The staff (except front desk) was sweet and kind. Rooms are clean and very nice but too bad they do not have any sort of rules for groups so they disturb the whole hotel. I saw drunk parents around, not knowing where their room is, or where their kids are. No, i will not come back. We pay about $250 per night so we cant enjoy anything. Wow. Very bad Hilton

Lots of little frustrations

For how much hotel rooms are these days, there are a bunch of little things that were overlooked/disappointing. First off, the room was set to 90F when we got in. Not a big deal, but still something that could be checked by housekeeping. Also, there was a lighter on the floor in the corner - I take that as possibly the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress, so the corners would slide off easily. Also the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty (can’t call down the desk mid-shower!) and the toilet paper roll was falling off the wall. All in all, little things added up to frustration for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.

Furniture in room had some damage that made it unsafe for my toddler so i had to "rearrange" the room to make it safer. Pool area was nice to use but area is crowded and no towels. Front desk didnt mention any amenities upon checking in so i think we may have missed free breakfast

Room was spacious and comfortable. Holes in the wall where the sprinkler head was supposed to be, toilet paper holder loose on wall- a few small maintenance issues ( sink was not draining). Had to wait 20 mins at checkin because of no staff at desk. It was a late checking with two kids that needed to get to bed. We forgot goggles and my son spent the afternoon after an hour swimming trying to get his eyes to stop burning from the chlorine. Breakfast was alright. Had to get there at the right time to find a table. Was ok for a short stay but would probably book elsewhere next time. Only memorable interaction with a staff member was the lady who was going to clean our room. She was great with our kids and so friendly. Otherwise we barely got a hello in the rare chance we saw a staff member.

Our room was right off of the entryway and the main access to the pool, so it did get really rowdy. There was a junior hockey tournament that weekend so you can imagine all the littles running around and shouting. Staff was great though and helped to speak to the parents to try and get them to be more quiet. Everything was clean and lovely in the room.
