Solid place to stay

Service and staff were amazing. Hotel could use some updates and when I got here the bedding needed to be changed. Comforter had a few stains on it but the staff were apologetic and fixed the issue right away. Overall location is good and stay was good.

Highly recommend this hotel

I didn’t get there until 9:00 pm. The gentleman on the reception desk was very friendly. I use a walker, he had an accessible room left, so he gave it to me. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked wonderfully!

This time it was so dirty. Hair, dust and dirt. I found some dirty towel, maybe used to wipe the floor, it was hanging in the shower. The blanket had a cigarette burn and white spots.

It was a good price, staff were very nice and helpful, our room was updated, others were in need of updates, main issues was it seems all 3 rooms had trouble with toilets flushing properly

TV didn’t work, front desk was not helpful with it. The sink is not located in the bathroom but in the room around the corner. Room looked nothing like in the pictures I booked based on.

Pretty disappointing experience. I moved in to the room around midnight and found the heater wasn't working. I was promptly given another room. In the morning, I discovered the toilet was blocked and the hair dryer wasn't working either. Upon calling reception, I was told I could use the public washroom they have near the reception. If I wanted to use a common shared washroom, I'd have booked something much cheaper on booking. The folks manning the reception at night were nice, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.

Our stay was good, stayed there before, so that is why we booked it again :). The only thing I noticed is that in our room there was a bit of black mold growing around the sink faucet. The rest was clean, so that is why we noticed it. (maybe I also noticed it cause I worked in a 5 star residence):) The receptionist are friendly, and the rooms and area is quiet :)
