Walls are so thin, could hear the room next to us all night. Playing computer games and yelling. Called the front desk at 2am. Still could hear the guy after they said they would look into it. Not worth the cost at all!

This is my go to hotel when visiting London. This is an older hotel compared to the others in the area. While they are making improvements to the place, remodeled lounge, they still have a long way to go. Other than that the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I was given a room on the first floor this time at the very end of the building right next to one of the entrances. Very noisy with the other guests entering and exiting the building at all hours. The WiFi was also very spotty with my phone & laptop sometimes not getting any signal. I requested to be moved the next day and the staff were very accommodating in giving me another room on the second floor instead.

We had a very spacious room. It was a bit noisy as it was right beside the exit door to the parking area so there was a lot of traffic outside our room. Bathroom was clean. The exterior was a bit tired looking but once you walk in the hotel is reasonably updated. Internet was fine. check in and out was very easy. pleasant staff. I would come back for short stays and for the reasonable price.
