Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and bed linen: - Place used towels in laundry basket Throw trash away: - If possible, please place garbage and recycle in the Bins located outside under the deck. Turn things off:
- Please ensure the TV and all lights are turned off. Lock up: - Please ensure windows and the sliding door is closed and locked. - Lock the front door from the key pad as usual
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very clean comfortable property. Great kitchen with everything available to prepare a meal. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood close enough to walk downtown for coffee. Host is quick to pleasantly respond to any request.
