We could not have been happier with the choice of booking this hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming the room was clean and spacious sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit and the choice was very good the staff were very friendly and very helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here as a small group. The space was large, clean, and the staff very helpful. Special shout-out to Jose at the front desk. He was incredibly professional and was calm and kind even when a large influx of people checked in. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were also really nice. Nice spacious room. Not a great area. Lots of addicts around but honestly, that seems to be all of downtown London. Hotel felt very secure and the breakfast was good.
