This is a decent hotel stayed there for an event at Western University. London Ontario is not very walkable however there were restaurants and shops in the nearby area. Room was small but had all the amenities. Breakfast was limited but an apple / orange is a good way to start your day. Parking is convenient but limited. Would stay again if I need to go to London Ontario.

A large number of homeless around the building, although the security in the building was excellent. Building is older with woodwork and rugs in the room in poor condition. For a reasonable price, it was fine.

Safety

The hotel itself was great and the staff were friendly, but the location was a bit of an issue. There are a few homeless shelters nearby, and a lot of people struggling with addiction were often gathered around the entrance. It also got pretty loud at night with yelling. Just something we weren’t aware of

The hotel was fine- secure parking was necessary because the area of the city was very sketchy. Lots of homeless people hanging around. Felt unsafe outside, but safe inside.

Hotel was well located for all the reasons we were in London and there are plenty of food choices within east walking distances. It isn’t exactly in the nicest part of town, but as a base it was fine. The hotel itself is adequately appointed - it’s a little dated and in need of sprucing up in places, but aren’t we all? The complimentary breakfast was handy and we were reassured that air con is on its way to prevent it becoming the hotel sauna rather than breakfast room. Can’t compliment the staff enough - they were polite and courteous throughout.

We have stayed here several times during various renovations. While it does not look like much from the outside, the rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Since they also include a breakfast and often $100 or more less than the nearby Delta or Hilton they are our goto when we need a room.

Not worth the price

Bed were bad. Couldn't control room temp despite having a thermostat on the wall. TV had basically nothing to watch Wifi kicks you off constantly in a single day requiring you to resign up over and over
