The concierge were not very engaged or friendly. When we booked in there wasn’t any mention of breakfast but when we got home I received a message asking if we enjoyed it. When we checked out again the concierge wasn’t engaged and didn’t make eye contact.

We have stayed at the The Park a number of times and always have a very nice stay. Rooms are clean, love the suite aspect with separate bedroom, which means lots of room so you're tripping over suitcase or shoes etc. Breakfast was good and the hotel quiet.
