Faith at the front desk was exceptional helping me get my 2 rooms checked in. My daughter was arriving much later than I was and she had it all arranged for her while I attended to family issues elsewhere. Sincerely appreciated Rooms were excellent and comfortable. The walls are thin, and I could hear my neighbors from across my room (as opposed to next to my room). Also, I felt like the person checking us in wasn't helpful with parking information. He mentioned "there is no free street parking here" and proceeded to offer the hotel parking of $32/night, but there's paid parking available next to the hotel at a much more affordable cost.
