It was within walking distance to restaurants, parking was affordable and accessible and it was close to London Music Hall where the cinceet we attended was. Our only negative was that just a few minutes (less than 5) after we got back to our room a security guard came to our room and told us there'd been a complaint about us being loud (it would have taken him several minutes to get from the lobby to our room so we were most likely not yet in our room when the complaint was made). It wasn't us because we weren't talking loudly so most likely someone had gone to the stairs which were next to our room and werd talking when they did (and may have had a smoke when they did because we could smell it) & that's what was heard. We understood the complaint, someone was loud, but he refused to listen to us and became very rude & told us that it was after midnight, we shouldn't even he talking softly in our room. He coukd have handled it better imo. That was our only negative.
