Rented a room for the night decided to staycation for another day and was told that they would be closed for cockroach spraying. Which I understood to be necessary because my fiancé found a little cockroach in the bathroom I think they should have mentioned it was cockroach infested when we showed up for the first day. Also while replaced right away the portable heater did not work and after 11pm you can only gain access to the motel when you are buzzed in and we were waiting almost 10 minutes to get in at 4am in the morning when we went out to take our dog Chewy to go do his business Anyway very poor customer service. Honestly asking basic questions seemed to be an annoyance to the front desk Concierge location fabulous everything else needs employees who actually care to give a good experience to those who chose to spend their hard earned money in their motel,

We didn’t stay because of an unpleasant experience It was nothing like photos the place was spooky and the bedsheet and blankets where having cigarette holes i would never recommend this hotel to anyone You could smell cigarettes in the room and weed in the hallway I regret booking this place

Gentleman was nice. Room clean but very dated. The whole place needs refurbishing. Area seemed a bit dicey. Parking in street or parking lot down the street so wasn't feeling my car was really very safe.

They should be Paying me to Stay Here!

The photos provided do not match up to what you actually get. The rooms look run down, and could use a good renovation. The rooms and the hallway, look and feel creepie and dirty. During my stay, I the entrance door to the room would not stay closed, when I brought this to their attention, I was advised to that the door does stay locked after you left the door handle and push the handle towards the latch/striker plate. That made me feel really safe...not!!! Good thing I was only staying the one night! The shower did not work properly as you only got a trickle of water coming out of the shower head. Good thing I was bald, otherwise you wouldn't been able to wash the shampoo out of your hair and it took a long time to wash the soap off your body! I wouldn't want to stand in the tub in your bare feet as It felt like you were standing on scaly fish. The tub must been at least 25 - 35 years old that was just spray painted over. This place is needs a major over haul on the rooms and the hallways. Even if this is only and last place to stay as all the other hotel/motels were all sold out, I would not be sleeping or staying there again.

Mal entretenue.

Très bien situé dans Woodstock. Par contre, en trois nuits, aucune fois la chambre a été remis à l'ordre, pas de changement de serviette, aucune visite. L'endroit pour faire nos toasts est pas bien entretenue, aucun personnel sur place pour ajouter ce qui manque. Muffins anglais et bagel très dure, ils sont là depuis plusieurs jours certainement.
